Horse-tail kelp

Sunflower seed oil
A lightweight, nutrient-rich emollient that deeply nourishes and softens the skin. Sunflower seed oil helps maintain hydration during cleansing while supporting a healthy skin barrier and leaving the skin feeling smooth and conditioned.

Vegetable glycerin
A powerful humectant that draws moisture into the skin, helping to keep it hydrated and comfortable throughout the cleansing process. Vegetable glycerin supports softness and suppleness while preventing dryness, making it ideal for gentle, everyday skincare.

1. Apply a small amount to eye makeup and gently wipe away with a cotton pad.

2. Follow with an additional application to the face, massaging gently with your fingertips.

3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow with Medispa Naturals Hydrating Tonic.

Purify: Apply 2-3 pumps of the Medispa Naturals Cleansing Milk onto dry or damp skin. Cleansing is the most critical step in any skincare routine. It acts as the foundation for healthy skin. Cleansers remove environmental buildup like pollution, dirt and airborne debris from the skin, cleansing safely lifts these impurities off the skin surface before they can cause damage. Massage: Gently sweep upward and outward over the face and neck for 60 seconds to dissolve impurities and  to promote circulation and then rinse. 

Tone: Apply a Medispa Naturals toner such as Hydrating Tonic to balance your skin's pH. Toners are important because they deliver the first layer of hydration, they prep the skin for maximum absorption, dry skin acts like a sponge it cannot absorb products well. A damp, toned face acts like a wet sponge, pulling your serums and creams much deeper into the skin. It also removes tap water from the face. Tap water contains heavy minerals that dry your skin, toner removes this invisible drying residue.  

Exfoliate: (1-2x a week) Apply your preferred Medispa Naturals exfoliator like the enzymatic Papaya Cream Peeling or the manual Peach Apricot Scrub to damp skin using gentle circular motions, then rinse. Exfoliating regularly is important because it removes dead cells from the skin and brightens the skin tone. It prevents clogged pores and boosts product absorption allowing your serums and masks to sink into the skin improving results. 

Mask: (1-2x a week) Smooth an even layer of your targeted Medispa Naturals treatment mask, such as the Collagen Cream Mask or Vit C Cherry Mask, over your face and neck. Leave on for 10-15 minutes to deeply nourish the skin before gently wiping away and rinsing. Masks are important because they sit on the skin creating a blanket effect that forces nutrients deep down. A weekly mask gives the skin a concentrated dose of vitamins that daily products cannot match.
